Welcome to your perfect lake retreat! Located on a no public access lake, this charming log home boasts a private dock and boat ramp suitable for launching your boat for fishing or water skiing. There are Kayaks on premises for use. This is an ideal location to enjoy North Florida’s lake life with family and friends or work retreat. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, covered porch, fire pit, Gas Grill and WiFi if you feel the need to plug in. NOT suitable for loud parties or events. Enjoy the lake life which is close to Historic Melrose with the Famed Blue Water Bay Restaurant. We are only 30 miles from the University of Florida located in Gainesville. Guests have access to 2 adult and 2 kids Kayaks. There are life jackets available also but be advised that children should bring their own sized life jackets for best protection. I suggest water shoes for the lake. Sandy and Matt, the co-hosts, lives on the same street and are available for questions via text. This is a quiet neighborhood with paved streets for walks or bike rides. Please do not park on East side of house due to possible damage to septic tank and drain field. There is a $75.00 one time cleaning fee
