Holidaying in this beautiful house, you will wake to the sounds of bird life and be able to watch the sunrise across the bay. Ideally suited to an extended family or sharing couples, there is a large upstairs open plan living area and downstairs TV room, as well as 2 decks to relax on, read a book, enjoy an afternoon drink or gather for a BBQ and dinner. The floorplan has 3 bedrooms downstairs all with queen beds and well appointed wardrobes, with the main bedroom and expansive ensuite upstairs. A modern kitchen with quality appliances, automated coffee machine that grinds your favourite freshly roasted beans, fully appointed laundry and wood fire all add to the homely feel of this modern luxury residence. The front deck has commanding views out towards Eagle Bay, and the side deck with the BBQ looks out over majestic bushland. The tranquil bushland setting of this home invites you out for morning walks through nature, ending with a refreshing cool-off in the calm waters of Eagle Bay after a leisurely 15-minute stroll. When you retire indoors, relax in front of one of the two wide-screen smart TV's streaming the latest Netflix shows or online content, or log onto the WiFi to keep the kids happy with an afternoon movie from the Disney Channel on your iPad. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Please note, if you are booking this property between 1st December and 30th March, the holiday home should not be occupied during a declared Extreme or Catastrophic Fire Danger Rated day. Following the advice of DFES and in the interest of your personal safety, please be advised that during your stay if conditions on any day are declared as 'extreme' or 'catastrophic' as a precaution this holiday home is to be evacuated for the period of the declaration. During any such period, travel throughout the area should be confined to the townships. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
