It is situated in Evia island, between Eretria and Amarynthos. The area is a very popular holiday getaway-hideaway for many VIP and celebrities.Villa Aggeliki provides a carefully designed residence of 250 s.M, in complete harmony with the sea and the pine grove. It is tucked into the existing land of 5,500 m of pine trees & direct access to the beach, swim in -swim out through a typical Mediterranean garden.There is simplicity in the plan of the house which is focused on indoor-outdoor living. We can accommodate in beds up to 15 guests, but recommended number is 12-13. The villa has : 1st bedroom, very big with queen size bed+ bunk bed , extra bed or cod could be added just in case it is needed ,A/C 2nd bedroom twin beds A/C 3rd bedroom twin beds plus a set of bunk beds, A/C 4th bedroom twin beds, Fan 5th bedroom a single , Fan Plus sofa bed for two guests in the hallway A/c in the living room as well , BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet WiFi, sun beds , children toys and baby crib and everything else we don't mention , just ask for it maybe we have it or could provide. Evia is the second biggest island of Greece in the Aegean sea, separated from the mainland by the Evian gulf and the straits of Evripos with its unique tidal phenomena. Totally unspoiled with Mediterranean smells. Evia although an island enjoys the privilege of vicinity to Athens, thus one can easily commute to Athens either by the bridge or by ferry. The ancient city of Eretria is 2km from the villa. In Evia you could visit ancient sites, medieval castles, byzantine churches and monasteries and enjoy the unique ecosystem, sand and pebble beaches.
