Whether summer or winter in Scharnitz there is much to explore. Our Haus Karwendelgold is the ideal starting point for hikes, e-bike tours, mountain biking and walks in summer. Should you be without mountain bikes or E-bikes arrive, there is the possibility to rent this. Information can be found in the Information Office in Scharnitz. Leave the car in winter, our house is also the ideal starting point for cross-country skiing, for ski tours and snowshoeing. Further highlights in Scharnitz would be the origin of the Isar, the Holzermuseum, the Kneippanlage, the Porta Claudia (cultural hike), the Gleirschklamm, the Isarsteig and the Bewegungsparcour. Our Appartementhaus Karwendelgold is just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop of the free ski bus for skiers to the mountain railway Rosshütte and the Gschwandtkopf. The Scharnitz train station can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The train takes you over the beautiful Inn Valley directly to Innsbruck and back again. In our apartment house Karwendelgold you will find a light-flooded apartment in modern style. All rooms are cozy and bright with new furniture and have a separate bedroom, a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a spacious bathroom. The apartment also has an equipped kitchen. Apartment, shower and bath, toilet, 1 bedroom: The apartment was built in the summer of 2018 and has a size of about 50 m². Great emphasis was placed on quality furnishings and a comfortable living environment. Solid wood floors, stone pine bed and stone pine cabinet from the Karwendel, marble floors, permeable (breathable) very bright construction. The diffusion-open construction gives the property a restful, healthy living environment. The rooms of the apartment are very bright modern and traditionally furnished. Orientation of the kitchen east / south-facing, bedroom west / north-facing. The garden is accessible from the living room as well as from the bedroom. Karwendelgold is a non-smoking house. Accommodation of pets is not possible.   The location of the house is very central, in the middle of the local area and very quiet. The town of Scharnitz is bypassed by a tunnel, which has a very positive effect on the peace and the living quality of the place.
