It also features Tanger Outlets and 2 mins to Northern Virginia. Come for the fun and sightseeing, business or pleasure. The MGM Grand Casino and Gaylord Hotel are just 5 mins away. Close to I295/ I495 and the metro bus stop is close. Shopping centers offer movie theatre, restaurants, banks and more. The room id completely furnished and has a 4K TV, personal microwave and refrigerator. Private area: Room & everything on it Common Area: Kitchen , Washer & DryerKITCHEN • Kitchen is shared. This is an electric stove. • Any cooking in the kitchen needs to be supervised at all times, until finished & must be cleaned up. • Stove cooking time: between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. No constant cooking. No cooking into all hours of the night • Condiments (items inside of the cabinets) are not shared with guests. Guests provide own cooking materials • You receive one set of table and silverware. Before check out, please make sure to clean your dishes the way that you received them. • Pots & pans are located in the left bottom cabinet next to the stove for shared use and you must clean up after you use them. • No constant cooking, please make use of the microwave in your room. I am home every day on the lower level but I do go to work, if you need anything you can call/text me. There are cameras around the house in common areas only. I'm a friendly person and get along with everyone. There is a park behind the property and community center next door. There are buses to get where ever you need to go and metro id 20 mins away on bus or a 45 min walk to Southern Ave Metro Check Out: When you check out of the room, it needs to be returned the way that it was received.
