Farm house in the Aveyron countryside, with no close neighbors, Very QUIET !! (Charming vacationers have told me to insist on calm and the absence of neighbors!) Completely restored in 2006, it is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with a TV and a DVD player, a living room with its dining room and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a Celié with a washing machine, a toilet. 1st floor 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Finally on the 2nd and last floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds each, a bathroom and a toilet. Guests can enjoy 1ha garden and woods. Bicycles, table, table tennis, table football, swings + slide. No such or wifi for a real vacation !! (Connection 3 or 4 G). Activities: close to Millau viaduct, the Tarn gorges, 10 minutes from Lake Pareloup with all sorts of water activities, near Roquefort, microfolds, riding, medieval castles and walks in nature .... -The Big city: Millau (+ or- 25 minutes). -Notary medical, pharmacy and shops: Room Curan 10 km or trade alimention: Montjaux or Bouloc 2km. Ideal holiday for families or friends wishing to share a relaxing holiday and various activities and tourism.
