Modern holiday apartment with top equipment and spa offer, Icelandic sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower, lawn, breakfast- and sun-terrace, bun service and other services such as spa treatments right in the house, nordic walking tours, hiking trails in the Fichtelgebirge at all seasons, bicycle tours, MTB trails, children playground, raft on the village pond, bathing facilities in the immediate vicinity, fire place, barbecue etc. In winter, plenty of skiing and cross-country skiing possibilities as well as snow shoeing in the high Fichtelgebirge. Here you can enjoy and relax in all seasons. The Icelandic sauna, which can not be seen from the outside, lies directly behind the house, with a few steps you are at the outdoor shower, cool off and then go after a rest on the deckchairs in the pleasantly warm wood-heated bath tub (HotTub) where you can have a drink. With three to four repetitions, you achieve optimal immunostimulation and relaxation. When you get a relaxing massage afterwards in the in-house spa studio from me as a trained spa and massage therapist, then you know what a real relaxation holiday is. On the house are two terraces for your use, so you can follow the sun depending on the time of the day. There is also a wide range of sporting activities: Directly at the house start 3 nordic walking tours / jogging tracks in the direct environment. Just one kilometer away you will pass the award-winning bridge cycle route „Bavaria-Bohemia“, where you can cross the neighboring villages to Asch or the other way to the Fichtelsee. For mountainbikers, there are many challenging cross country tours and a unique, free course at the nearby Ochsenkopf. The hiking trails in the Fichtelgebirge are also legendary, there are 3600 km of them nearby, including breathtaking experiences such as the rock labyrinth at the Luisenburg or the impressive rock towers at the Rudolfstein. For interested persons, we also offer herbal walks and mushroom excursions in the nearby fields and forests. If you come with children, there will also be some great possibilities: the pirate’s play house directly at the apartment, the raft at the village pond, the children's playground, climbing trees and the fire place with camping possibility at the property. The number of vehicles coming through the village in one day can often be counted on two hands. In an aviary you can observe our golden eagle 'Kaschka'. A great deal is also offered to those who are interested in culture: the two World Cultural Heritage cities of Bamberg and Regensburg are within easy reach for a day trip! The festival town of Wunsiedel with the oldest natural stage in Germany is just outside the door, while the Wagner city of Bayreuth is only 45 km away. There are also numerous museums in the immediate vicinity, e.g. the Fichtelgebirgsmuseum, which is the largest Bavarian regional museum, and the Porzellanikon to name only two. In the surrounding area there are also other highlights such as the Monastery Waldsassen with its world-famous library by Karl Stilp and the pilgrimage churches "Kappl" and "Maria Hilf" in Fuchsmühl. The equipment of the apartment is on a high level. You will find behind the wardrobe a spacious kitchen / dining room combination, then a bedroom with boxspring bed for 2 persons, as well as a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa bed for a maximum of 2 more people. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bath and toilett. A total of 52 m² of living space is available to you, plus 22 m² of sun terrace and the entire spa area behind the house in the reserved times. The indicated prices are final prices including all additional costs for electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels, but excluding the final cleaning. This costs 35 € and can be booked optionally on site. Costs for the use of the wellness area are billed separately and are at 2 € / h sauna and 3 € for the warming of the HotTub.
