Bright and peaceful apartment

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of my home. It includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and large closet and large living room. It is fully furnished and air conditioned. The windows are large providing lots of light and fresh air since they face both the east and west sides of the house. (Website hidden by Airbnb) The apartment is in a Victorian house built in 1892 which I have been carefully restoring for several years. I live on the ground floor. The entire apartment with all amenities is private. Guests may enter and exit from either the front or the rear door of the house. The house is in a residential neighborhood which is quiet at night. However, we are one block from Main Street which is a traditional old downtown with 19th century architecture. It is very walkable to a great food co-op with cafe and deli, and other downtown businesses. We have public transportation in our city but you will need a car to get around to nearby lakes, winter skiing, hiking trails, etc. Guests will have their own dedicated parking space in the rear of the house. The entrance hall and front stairway are common to my own home and the rest of the house. There is one other Airbnb unit which is a 3 bedroom flat on the third floor.
