This cosy cottage with a warm provincial feel is set on 4 acres where you can sit and relax or enjoy the open spaces where the kids can run, play cricket, kick a ball, have fun on the trampoline or dunk a few balls on the official half-size basketball court. The home is well equipped with a large Smart TV, Netflix & Foxtel, and a separate Bose sound system. If the nights get chilly, light the wood heater or flick on the ducted heating to warm yourself up. This area also opens to a large covered deck, great for outdoor living with overhead heaters, gas BBQ, and dining setting all protected by cafe blinds. Perfect in any weather. The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine and overlooks the back deck with vierws to the bay while servicing the relaxed dining area. Upstairs is a second living area with uninterrupted bay views across the neighboring vineyard to Phillip Island, a beautifully appointed master bedroom with King Size bed, and a second tight but bright bunk room. Downstairs bedroom 3 has 2 king singles, ideal for 2 adults or 2 children, the bathroom has shower and vanity with a separate toilet. Laundry with Siemens washing machine & dryer. This property is ideal for romantic weekends, two couples or a small family wanting some space. It's only a five-minute drive to the beautiful Point Leo Beach. Close to central Red Hill where you can enjoy a meal at The Epicurean, Many Little, Red Gum BBQ or why not visit Arthurs Seat Eagle, get lost at the Enchanted Adventure Garden or visit Montalto and wander along the Sculpture Trail. Whatever you decide to do, this is a great spot for a getaway.
