The Mas du Puech (hill in Occitan) is located in Assas (Hérault) in the middle of a pine forest on the heights between the sea and the Cévennes. The very calm environment is only disturbed by the song of the cicadas from June to September but rest assured at night they sleep. Close (5 mins walk) from the village with some local shops such as bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and the essential cellars and wine estates. Place de la Comédie, the historic heart of Montpellier is just 11 km away. The lodging, classified 4 stars, entirely renovated offering a surface of 30 m², East exposure on the ground floor with secure parking space. Access to the gîte from the car park is via a staircase of approximately 15 steps (slope of the ground requires) o American kitchen equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher microwave, fridge-freezer and storage. A washing machine with table and iron is also available near the relaxation area o Lounge area with sofa, television, table, WIFI o 1 bedroom with 140x200 bed and large storage cupboard. Sheets and duvets are provided. Babies are welcomed with pleasure and we can provide you with reservation, subject to availability and free of charge, folding bed, high chair, child's bathtub (to be requested upon booking) o 1 bathroom with 1 sink, hair dryer, shower. Separate WC. Towels are provided. • Private terrace without vis-à-vis with table, parasol We provide you with a swimming pool with beach and solarium, a relaxation area with spa, table football and also a large common terrace with plancha to share moments of conviviality with other residents if you wish. The swimming pool and the SPA are available to the 3 gîtes, i.e. a maximum of 8 people  You also have about 100 m, 3 tennis courts and a multisport area for the practice of hand, football or basketball. Abritel collects the tourist tax of 1.65 euros per day and per adult and will transfer this amount collected to our community of municipalities
