Ready to visit Knokke in style? The Space: The house is located at Knokke, 10 mins driving distance form the beach in Knokke. You can really call this a unique place to stay. Total privacy! This house is very charming, cozy and perfect for a family. You have all the comfort you need and the house has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The living-room and kitchen is located on the ground floor with a large well protected sunny garden with furniture and lounge-set to enjoy the sun. On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms and 1 spacious bathroom. It’s fully decorated, so rest assured, everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present! The living room is a separate room with TV and electric fireplace. We offer you a fantastic bedroom so you will dream like an angel, fast Wifi to look up everything you need and a flat screen with enough channels. The house also has a fully renovated equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own food or drinks, a spacious dining area with large table for 8. This two bedrooms have a comfortable king-size double-bed allowing 8 persons to enjoy this house. On the 2nd floor you have a big room with 4 single beds. This beautiful room for 4 persons is included with a bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet. This house is ideal for a large family with children, friends or couples with or without children. The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom. Other things we would like to mention which can be important: *** ESSENTIALS *** In the kitchen we provide Nespresso coffee-cups, milk and sugar, olive-oil, pepper & salt, hand-wash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and kitchen sponge, dishwasher-tablets, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags, etc... Everything you need to start your stay comfortably. The house is professionally cleaned, freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen is provided and professionally placed on the beds, high quality bath towels for each person are provided and all essentials for your personal hygiene and the kitchen are provided and replenished. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire house, which includes the hall, living room, kitchen, dining area with large table for 8, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice garden with a gas-BBQ, a large terrace accessible from the living-room to enjoy a sunny day or sit outside on a warm summer evening. Access to the house happens with a code. The instructions are provided 2 days in advance. The Neighborhood: This is in the heart of Knokke, close to the most famous shopping street, the “Lippenslaan”! Everything you may need is at short walking distance. There is an amazing bakery, a Proxy Delhaize and a delicious butcher/traiteur around the corner. For those who want to do some walking, The national park “Het Zwin” or the beach is only 10 min away from the house and is beautiful to visit and to go for a walk. Getting Around: *** ACCESSIBILITY *** You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. *** PUBLIC TRANSPORT *** You can easily reach the house by public transport, by car or on foot. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes. The train station is only 5km from the house! You can also take a taxi from the station to the building. You can also take a taxi from the station to the apartment which will cost around 10-15 euro. Taxis can be found next to the busses in front of the railway station. *** PARKING *** We do not have private parking available. Public & street parking is possible nearby, depending on availability. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture.
