Warm and bright, the apartment has everything you need for a successful stay: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a pleasant living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a shower room. The furniture and bedding are new, pine floors, you will be at your ease! Sheets and towels not included, possibility to rent the necessary. Cleaning to be done before departure or in supplement. Accommodation The apartment of 48m² is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, it is organized as follows: - Entrance hallway with cupboard - Living room facing south-west with lounge area, sofa, dining table for 4 people and open kitchen fully equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave) - Bedroom 1 : double bed 140 and cupboard - Bedroom 2 : double bed 140 and chest of drawers - Bathroom with shower - Separate toilet The rooms, facing north-east, have a small sea view on the left. Outside : You will have access to a courtyard with private parking space and bike room. It is located at the back of the housing and accessible via an electric gate. Neighborhood: The apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Sables d'or les Pins, with bakery, restaurants, ice cream shop, Casino (games) ... Near Cap Fréhel, Erquy, and Pléneuf Val-André (Thalasso...) Activities : Hiking, sailing school, surfing, paddle....
