This attractive, thatched cottage is situated in a highly secluded location, in the heart of the countryside. The three bedroom cottage has been simply decorated in a typical Breton style with wooden furniture, exposed beams and a fireplace. It is surrounded by a large, enclosed garden, which is full of flowers and boasts its own private swimming pool. Access is via a long, rough track, which promises peace and quiet as the cottage does not have any neighbours. The cliffs along the Finistère coastline are within walking distance and the nearby sandy beach is just a short drive away. Nearby Moëlan-sur-Mer offers a great selection of shopping facilities, as well as plenty of good restaurants, many of which serve fresh local seafood (the speciality of the region). The tiny fishing ports of Merrien, Brigneau, Doëlan and Belon are worth a visit to see the fishing fleets coming and going. The area is home to many Celtic legends and there are many monuments, chapels and landmarks scattered around which mark this. The region is also favoured by sporting enthusiasts – with sailing, riding, surfing and tennis being available. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
