This beautifully renovated old farmhouse, located by the sea, in the hamlet of Locmiquel (Baden), is nestled in the hollow of the Gulf of Morbihan and offers very comfortable services. Near superb hiking trails, near the beach of the seven islands and the island of Berder, it allows you to discover the region in the best conditions, with friends or family. This warm house with a capacity of 4 people, offers on the ground floor a large living room with exposed beams and a superb old fireplace. Comfortable and practical, it includes a cozy sitting area with armchairs and sofa, a beautiful dining room and a superbly equipped American kitchen. The doors open onto a large private garden and its beautiful terrace. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms (1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and one bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds), with well-designed storage space, will allow you to rest effectively. The large bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet completes this level. Hobbies Beaches of the seven islands, sea kayaking, fishing on foot, mini-golf, tennis court, sailing school, possibility of hiking or cycling (marked paths and cycle paths), cruises on the Gulf of Morbihan. For golf lovers, the Baden Golf Course is 10 minutes away by car. Close to the municipalities of Baden, Larmor-Baden, Le Bono, Auray, Vannes, Carnac, La Trinité, Saint-Philibert, Quiberon. The region Charming village, BADEN is the alliance between the sea and the land. With a superb golf course and access to the coast which makes it a particularly rich hiking area, Baden is close to the picturesque port of Bono and Larmor Baden. The small port of Larmor Baden offers a superb panorama over the Gulf of Morbihan and the Auray river.
