This is only suitable for sleeping in the warmer months which are November through to March. The house has 3x heat-pumps/air-conditioning units in the house. No extra costs - Bedding, towels and exit clean are included in the nightly rate. This property is located in a quiet residential area and is strictly not suitable for loud groups, parties or events.
