You are within walking distance of the long sandy beach, the harbour and the lively promenade. The apartment is spacious and has an area of over 90 square metres giving you ample comfortable space for you and your family. The spacious apartment on the top floor of the four-story building consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted, wide flat-screen TV and a glass dining table with four chairs. The adjoining fitted kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: a four-zone gas cooker with an elegant stainless steel extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Moka coffee machine, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules for a fee) and a 50-inch SMART LED TV with 90 Melita channels. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can also be put together. Both have bedside tables with reading lights and large closets with plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed for another person. The bathroom with light tiles is equipped with a spacious glass shower cubicle, a large sink with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, wall heating, a wall dryer and a toilet. A high chair is available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning (heating and cooling), USB and universal sockets and a 22-inch LED TV with IPTV (all world channels), only in the master bedroom, are also available. Free wifi.
