Our lovingly furnished bungalow with tropical, private garden in the sun-drenched south of Tenerife has a living space of 70 square meters. The house is located in a quiet residential area where mainly locals and residents live. The large living room is separated from the terrace by a sliding glass door. Living space, terrace and garden seem to merge seamlessly. This winter garden effect gives you an optimal amount of light in the room and a clear view of the sea at any time of the year. The spacious bedroom with double bed and good, firm latex mattresses (1.80 x 200 cm) is equipped with air conditioning, so that you can sleep well even when the temperatures are a little hotter. The air conditioning can also be used to heat the room on cooler days in winter. From the spacious bedroom you can also enjoy the uninterrupted view of the Atlantic Ocean and the small private garden. In the separate kitchen you will find a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. The bathroom has a tub / shower and a washing machine - all on one level. The house is modernly furnished. When you open the front door you step into a tropical front garden with tree strelizia, bougainvillea, hibiscus, cala, wild poinsettia, palm and dragon tree. Behind it is our "nest" with a large, secluded terrace with south-east orientation on 2 levels, also lushly planted and with a direct view of the Atlantic. Our bungalow is located between La Camella and Valle San Lorenzo in the beautiful, very quiet and well-kept urbanization of La Florida with lush tropical plants and many palm trees.
