Wattle is a retro semi-detached holiday house, only 2 mins walk to the middle of Pearl beach. This home is suitable to a maximum of 4 adults & 4 kids. Whilst the property can comfortably sleep two families, it will be a cozy fit, with a modest size living area and one bathroom. Furnishings are retro, comfy beds were a must for us, and we’ve included creature comforts such as air-conditioning, WiFi, Netflix, family board games, and a coffee machine to ensure enjoyment for the whole family. Quiet, serene, and magical Pearl Beach is the perfect destination for guests wanting a relaxing holiday within easy reach of Sydney. The beautiful dog-friendly beach is only a 2 minute walk. The cafe, restaurant, tennis courts, kids playground, arboretum, and incredible bush walks are also close by. The feature is the back deck and yard. Although shared with the semi next door (you can rent ‘Lilly Pilly’ too if you want both semi’s to yourself!), most of our time (and likely yours) will be spent out back enjoying the sounds of the birds and crashing waves. Each side of the deck has its own table setting. Shared BBQ, and shared beach ‘toys’ and amenities in the back shed, including beach wagon, sandcastle buckets & spades, beach cricket set, lawn games (Klop, Bocce), small kids bikes and helmets. - Master bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds, while the third bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk beds. - Open plan original kitchen, dining and living space contains a flat screen TV, cosy lounges, and 8 seat dining. - Original style, fully equipped kitchen with electric cook top, oven, microwave - Shared outdoor entertaining with timber deck, gas BBQ, and outdoor seating - WiFi, floorboards throughout, split system aircon in living area only - Netflix - Spacious shared backyard - pet-friendly for pets up to 10kg - Original bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity - Internal laundry with washing machine only Why not take a look at 'Lilly Pilly', also advertised, as the other semi-detached property to Wattle. Supplies: There are some starting supplies including tea, instant coffee, sugar, soap, laundry and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, we ask that you remember to bring extra provisions. Bring your own coffee beans for the coffee machine. Shared spaces: The deck, backyard are shared by the adjoining flat (Lilly Pilly). STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no smoking allowed.
