OG on Lelean

OG on Lelean is a stunning 3/4 bedroom property positioned close to the beach, 80 metres to the Barwon River & short walk to Ocean Grove beach & shopping precinct. Golf, Bowling club & cafe's are close by & many restaurants. We offer minimum 2 night stays, 2-4 night long weekends & 7 day+ longer stays (Discount % offered). We are located just over an hours drive from Melbourne, 20 mins from Geelong Queenscliff & Torquay and close to the start of the Great Ocean Road. OG on Lelean offers downstairs master with king size bed, walk in robe with en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with king size bed, built in robe & third bedroom with trio bunk, (double on bottom, single on top, trundle bed) & built in robe. The 4th is a small living room with a double sofa bed. Sleeps 8 persons (up to 10 if including children), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and an outside shower ideal for when you get back from the beach. The property has latest Daiken split system reverse cycle heating/cooling, with two units upstairs and one unit downstairs. The spacious upstairs living area is well furnished and contains a gourmet kitchen, and a second living area has a large dining table to seat 10. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas cook top, toaster, kettle etc, with good supply of crockery, cutlery, platters, glasses to cater for week-end and holiday stays for extended family groups. The laundry includes a washing machine and sink. Upstairs there is outdoor furniture set up on two large entertainment balconies with one located off the main living area and includes a gas mains BBQ overlooking the back garden. There is a fenced yard for children to play with access to the garage for 2 cars with additional parking for 2/3 more cars in the driveway. A free shuttle bus is available in Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads from late Dec to end of January. Please note: OG on Lelean is perfect for family groups. Being respectful of the local community is important to us and as such we cannot accept bookings for large celebratory groups. OG on Lelean is not a pet friendly property but may consider upon application.
