Just a few minutes drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs, Front and Back Beaches, golf courses, restaurants, cafes, Rye Carnival, country clubs and water sports. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply. The Space: Abundant fruit trees surrounding this spacious beach house lend the property its name. 'The Orchard' has a clean and airy interior, with traditional Australian coastal decor, modern facilities, and thoughtful touches such as quality linen and towels, and household products to make your stay as care-free and comfortable as possible. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and plenty of indoor and outdoor lounging and dining space, this property makes for the perfect family getaway. The generous, fully enclosed garden means you can bring your beloved pooch along to join in the family fun! The main bedroom has a Queen bed; bedroom two has Twin Singles and lovely garden views; and the third bedroom has a Single bed and Bunk bed. A verandah with seating, and the very private rear patio with outdoor dining setting shaded by citrus trees, make this an iconic Australian beach house. No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
