Beautiful 3,000 sq ft home built in 2014. It is a custom built in home library with a decorative ladder. We only have 3 homes in our neighborhood. It's a private location with its own entry. Be sure to log out of your Netflix account by going to help on bottom left and sign out. - You have access to the whole house - You can park in the driveway in front of the garage limit 4 cars. - You DO NOT have access to the amenities closet downstairs it will be locked. - Closet upstairs it will be locked. - Sauna outside in the back yard is off limits. - Massage chair upstairs is off limits. We're 5 minutes away from Triangle mall, and 20 minutes away from Crabtree Valley Mall. LaFayette village is roughly 10 minutes away. We're close to grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and more. The Northridge country club is one block away. We are 20 minutes away from Frankie's. 1. We only allow the number of guest reserved to stay over night. 2. Access to the garage is off limits 3.4 car maximum allowed on the property 4. No pets 5. No smoking 6. Late check out $50 per hour after checkout. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. Do and Don’ts in the home: A. Do not touch the alarm on the wall B. The garage is not available for tenants to use; owner usage only. C. Do not use the massage chair D. No pets allowed on the property or in the home E. No smoking or illegal drugs on the property or in the home F. No extra guests sleeping over other than the guest reserved G. Maximum 4 cars in to be parked in the front, do not park on the grass or block the private driveway. H. No parties or gatherings at the home If you need to clean: A. Cleaning supplies, trash bags for bathroom and kitchen are under the kitchen sink B. Vacuum, broom and mop in the garage by the stairs C. For the floor, please use Bona D. Do not use anything to clean the stainless steel that will scratch it. Use the stainless steel cleaner and a soft sponge or blue microfiber towel E. Extra towels, toilet paper are located in the upstairs hallway bathroom closet Activities at the house: Backyard Activities - A.Fire pit - Firewood is not supplied, so if you wish to use the fire pit, make sure you buy firewood B. Large backyard to play C. We have yard games that will be stored in the garage against the wall (play in the backyard) - please do not leave them out in the rain. Activities nearby: Durant Nature Park Life Time Fitness Gym Check out is 10:00 am. Before you check out: 1. Please start a wash cycle with all the towels 2. Place all dishes in the dishwasher along with detergent and start a cycle. 3. Remove & dispose of all food items from all cabinets & the refrigerator. 4. Take the trash and place it in the green trash can on the side. 5. Inform the host of any damaged or broken items in the house. 6. Place the comforter on the edge of the beds if you have slept in it. 7. We value feedback from our guests, please let us know if you received anything less than 5 star service. 8.
