Enjoy a fun and relaxing stay at our beautiful 3-bedroom 3.5 bathroom lake front home located on Deerfield lake at the Hideout. Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway or seeking year-round activities, this private community offers everything you need! Our home is a wonderful retreat that provides various activities right on the newly updated property. There is plenty of space in this open concept home with breathtaking views throughout. The screened in porch is a perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee while listening to the peaceful sounds of nature. Each bedroom provides the comforts of home with brand new smart TV’s and bathrooms attached. Get cozy in the family room while warming up by the wood stove that is center to the room. A large loft with views of the lake is a perfect place to spend time in while being entertained by board games, X-box, darts or just to lay back and watch a movie. Enjoy making meals together in the amenity filled kitchen or spend some time on the deck overlooking the lake as you cook on the flat grill. Love the outdoors? Catch a variety of fish including bass, sunnies, and catfish right off the private dock. Take in the scenes around the 16-acre lake on the kayak and peddle boats provided just for you. During the evening, unwind on a sunset cruise with the perfect sized rowboat conveniently attached to an outboard motor. The Lily Pad Lodge also offers a large backyard gathering area with a custom firepit perfect for sitting around the campfire, making smores and playing cornhole. If you’d like to have an adventure away from the Lodge, the Hideout community offers four season recreational activities available to you. These fun filled activities include basketball courts, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, 9 hole golf course, golf simulator, physical fitness center, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, arcade, 2 heated outdoor pools, 2 beaches, baseball field, art center and weekly community events that take place throughout the year. If you’re looking to explore the Poconos, take a trip outside the hideout and Experience all there is to offer. Close by, you can enjoy the quaint local food stands, ice cream spots or restaurants. Within 1 hour or less you’ll find Lake Wallenpaupack, Hawley, Honesdale, Scranton, Montage Mountain, Kalahari resort, Outlets Crossing and multiple ski mountains including Elk Mountain, Jack Frost, Shawnee, Camelback, Big Bear and Montage. This area is packed full of family fun and the perfect place to make memories. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days of check out to ensure no damage of the property. **Community registration fee for amenities is included in cleaning fee. ** Guests will have the whole house to themselves during their stay except 1 Utility Closet in the 2nd floor bedroom. ** Please be aware that Community pools close after labor day but you can still enjoy the lake and beach areas. ** Please note that we ask that you provide a $500 security deposit with CG’s vacation rental property management upon receipt of your contract. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days of check out to ensure no damage of the property. ****Please Note that this home is located in a secured, gated, private community. We ask that you complete in full, a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. The application will require signature and request information about each guest which will include names, ages, addresses and the relationships of each guest to the initial registrant. This will ensure access into the gated community. We request that the application is submitted prior to 72 hours of your arrival in order to avoid a $40.00 late fee. Our private home has plenty of space to accommodate 10 people and large lot for 4 vehicles. Please do not exceed this limit as per community regulations. In addition, outside guests will not be permitted into the hideout community. We will do our best to ensure that all amenities on the property are available and fully functioning however this is subject to change.
