The Neighborhood: Enjoy nearby access to Cotton Tree Beach, just minutes from the apartment, walking distance to a number of shops and cafes, and a short 5 min drive up Aerodrome Rd to spend a day shopping in the newly expanded Sunshine Plaza. Because of the central location, it’s a simple drive further north to climb Mount Coolum, or visit Hastings St in Noosa, or even plan a family trip with the kids just around the corner at Sea Life Mooloolaba. Other beaches to note: - Maroochydore Beach 0.9 Km, nine-minutes walk or two-minutes drive - Alexandra Headland Beach 0.5 Km, six-minutes walk or two-minutes drive Getting Around: Cotton Tree Beach is just minutes away on foot, as are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Most other places can quickly be accessed by car or bike. Other Things to Note: *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* -No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
