Perfect starting point for day trips to Homer, Seward and Whittier to name just few destinations. Our home is just a minutes walk and you can be fishing in the Kenai River, launch your boat or have your guide pick up you up for a day of Trophy King and Sockeye salmon fishing. This beautiful 2500 sf Alaskan home has a a large open great room that is perfect for entertaining and viewing the beautiful Kenai river. Warm ,cozy seating areas around the two fireplaces completes your day. The updated(this winter),fully equipped kitchen has every amenity that you need to serve your family and friends. The large dining table seats 8 -10 people. Also available on the large front deck is a gas barbecue and deck heater. The lower level is a TV and excercise room with recliner seating. A big screen tv with satellite, WiFi that you can play a large private collection of movies and board games provided for you during your stay. There are also exercise machines that you are welcome to use along with a piano that you can play. A washer and Dryer is provided for your use. For people who like to ride bicycles We have miles of paved bike paths starting just two blocks from the house.
