The room is equipped with two queen sofa beds, smart TV, stone-trimmed gas fireplace, and a foosball table. Doors open to the side deck. The reading nook is the perfect place for a quiet moment. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table offers seating for eight and the kitchen bar seats four. BED & BATH This home sleeps four adults and four children. The primary bedroom is appointed with a California king bed, a TV, and a gas fireplace. The en-suite bathroom provides a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and is also accessible via the hallway. The Great Room is furnished with two queen sofa beds. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The wraparound deck has a gas grill, dining table with an umbrella, patio table, and a gas firepit with seating. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits.
