Home is not only professionally cleaned but professionally sanitized before and after every booking to promote a healthy home space.** Enjoy Medina Lake at our clean, cozy, comfy lake house. The lake is great to go bass fishing, kayaking, boating or jet skiing. Getting some R&R is ideal as well. There are chairs and seating outdoors for you and your family and friends. The nights are beautiful as they are very dark and the stars are visible on a clear night. The property has a beautiful main house, with 3 bedrooms. This includes one large master that has doors accessing the lake front with two rockers. The main house has 2 other bedrooms that sleeps an additional 4 people. The main house has great views with many windows, tv to access late night news etc. The property has a gentle slope to the water, which is ideal for children and older family. The problem is that the water is dropping so the gentle slope is getting much further away. There is plenty of outdoor room for children to play. Along with great visibility to watch children from windows inside main home. Some additional extras are main house has: internet, 65" smart tv, comfy kitchen, microwave, oven, Keurig, washer, dryer, WiFi through out and interior is modern. The home has been remodeled with brand new furniture and there is a gas grill outdoors. There is also a Traegor Pellet Grill for smoking meat. In addition, there is a small apartment that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. This detached apartment is ideal for your teens or an extra couple. It can sleep an additional 4 people. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and small table. Come to our cozy home and get away from city life for a few days and enjoy those you love. ****ATTENTION PREVIOUS PATRONS**** Medina Lake water is low as of 2/2021. I have added a picture at the end to show how low it is. At the moment it would not be possible to launch a boat at our property.
