The Space: Red Hawk Hideaway is a 3 bed, 3 bath (one bath has a soaking tub). One bathroom is located outside by the pool for convenience. The primary bedroom is gorgeous, the decor is tastefully presented. Two additional guest bedrooms will allow for plenty of room for everyone. The lighting and stonework bring this home to the next level. The house has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen including a wine fridge and coffee bar. The private backyard has a saltwater pool and waterfall. Nothing says vacation like swimming and cozying up by the fire. The third bathroom is accessed outside near the pool. There is an inside fireplace and big screen TV. You will have access to the washer and dryer and a small home gym. Additionally you have a great view of the pool and fire feature from the kitchen and dining area. You will find a second outside dining area under a covered patio with plenty of extra seating around the fire pit. The BBQ grill is also available for that perfect laid back dinner. The backyard is flat and easily accessible. It's professionally landscaped and has plenty of lighting at night if needed. The privacy of the setting translates into a peacefulness we're all happy to find. You can set up game night or sip wine under the stars. You even have a palm tree in this beautiful oasis. Guest Access: This home has keyless entry. Guests will be emailed check in information, including door codes prior to arrival. The Neighborhood: This home is located in desirable East Medford just minutes from golf courses, groceries, biking trails and theater. You can hike or bike Roxy Ann Peak which is literally stepping outside, walking distance. You can also visit RoxyAnn Winery which features live music and some of the best local wines and BBQ. Dunbar Farms is a mile down the road and offers in season produce, live music and peaceful views. Good Bean Coffee is across the street from RoxyAnn Winery. Go for a date weekend, a remote work escape or bring the entire family. You can walk to RoxyAnn Winery from here or hike up Roxy Ann Peak and check out the obstacle course. This house is close to 3 miles from grocery stores and restaurants. This quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and sun dappled trees will welcome your arrival. The driveway offers plenty of parking space and the entrance area is easy to access. Mt. Ashland offers snow sports in the Winter and hiking in the Summer. There are multiple wineries in the valley with both indoor and outdoor venues. You can book boat and rafting trips on the wild and scenic Rogue River. The Rogue Valley offers dinner theater at The Oregon Cabaret Theater. Ginger Rogers Craterian Theater and Shakespeare Theater also have outstanding performances. A restful day downtown is just a phone call away with multiple spas to choose from. Getting Around: East Medford is a short drive from the International Medford Airport. There are taxi cabs, Lyft, Uber, grocery delivery services and Door Dash also available. Other Things to Note: The pool is solar heated, so the temperature will vary depending on the weather (averages ten degrees cooler than the outside temperature). Please note that events or parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and a noise ordinance of 10pm must be followed. This is a quiet neighborhood with an HOA, so guidelines must be followed.
