THE COSY HOUSE ANTIBES

Charming apartment of 36 m2 for three people. Completely renovated in an Open Space spirit, mixing the charm of authentic stone and wood heat. Locate in the heart of Old Antibes in a dead calm, you can explore the old town and the surroundings easily. I started as a guest and I hope that the description of the apartment will be well detailed. I want to clarify that I perform and designed myself this apartment and I am very proud of the result and I hope you will be comfortable during your stay. I did not comment yet but I hope to get to rest assured about the quality of my apartment. There's a first time for everything and I am very motivated to succeed in this new adventure. Apartment with separate entrance, offering every comfort with quality amenities and air conditioning can accommodate up to three people. Its privileged position in the Old Antibes, offers access to all the shops, beaches and other activities of the city. A kitchen with a dining area for four open on the living room with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and all utensils to prepare a meal. The lounge has a three seater sofa that can serve as a bed for a child or adult (Please note the sofa is not convertible), coffee table, ottoman, flat screen LED TV, internet access and wifi. The room has a double bed (140x190) with cushion, pillow, duvet and bed linen provided and a large dressing room to store your luggage and your business. A mattress 1 additional space can be added on request. A bathroom with toilet, basin, shower, cupboard with washing machine, the shower is a little small but a standard size (80x80). If you are very large it will adapt to that one. I specify once more that the apartment is on the ground floor in a dead or no car can access and there is no passage or noise, it's a family place. I live in the apartment above and I will always be present in case of problems, inform and even have a drink together. A table is available to drink coffee or an aperitif before the house.
