The master bedroom, with direct access to the pool, has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower while the other 2 bedrooms share a bath. The layout is such that it is a split bedroom plan with the master having separation from the other two bedrooms. Enjoy total privacy in the pool with a gas grill, fire-pit & covered outdoor living room with TV and a separate outdoor dining area. Home is on a corner lot in a neighborhood of million dollar homes. We supply sufficient paper goods to get you started - 2 rolls of toilet paper in every bathroom, paper towels, trash-bags, etc. You can choose to heat the pool for an additional fee of up to $110 per day to cover the cost of gas depending on the time of year. 3 night minimum. Please let us know 48hrs before your stay starts so we can have the pool warm on your arrival. There are two full propane tanks for your use during your visit in addition to the tanks already connected to the BBQ and fire-pit. We recommend keeping the fire pit at medium flame to make your gas last. You are welcome to take the tanks and get them refilled as often as you like. There is a local tank supplier Orange County Propane in Santa Ana. Or for your convenience we have additional filled tanks on site for purchase. Reach out if you would like to purchase. Smoking, illegal drugs and firearms are not permitted on property. Parties are not permitted. Due to this being a residential area, please respect the noise curfew from 10pm-8am. *** There are cameras on the exterior perimeter of the property for your safety & ours. :) Please, no extra visitors or guests except for those on the initial booking. If you would like to add guests or visitors, please obtain approval from the host in WRITING through the VRBO app. There are no cameras on the interior of the home or in the pool and backyard areas of the home. VRBO reservations are not transferable to other individuals. Therefore, the individual making the reservation must be the one staying on the property. Violations of this requirement will cause you to be asked to leave, losing your deposit and a report will be filed with VRBO. There is another attached rental unit on the property which shares two walls in the kitchen. And one detached unit above the garage. They are designed with meticulous privacy in mind and all spaces have separate entrances and do not view into or have access to your pool and resort backyard. The upstairs apartment is accessible from the opposite side of the property and you’d never interact with them except while walking in the beautiful tree-lined neighborhood the home is in. Although we allow pets, there are certain dog breeds that are NOT acceptable. These include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Akitas, Siberian Huskies and Wolf-hybrids
