Bright apartment in a residence with garden, shared pool and seaview, in Trabia. Through a furnished pergola where guests can eat in the open air, there is access to Villetta Frisculia, located inside a residence. It comes with a large and open space living area, with a dining area, satellite TV, two armchairs and a well-equipped open plan kitchen, fitted with every tool that may be needed to cook, an oven and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and a dresser, and an attic room with two single beds joined together, coming also with a private toilette. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment. Villetta Frisculia is perfect to welcome a group of friends and a family with children, in a fresh and relaxing environment, with comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating. *Villetta Frisculia offers three armbands that allow access to the shared swimming pool half day, every day (it can vary between morning and afternoon). Located on a hill on the Thyrrenian coast and 30 kms from Palermo, Trabia is a lovely place with an arab past. The hamlet offers pebbly shores and crystal-clear water, in addition to breathtaking landscape as the one that can be admired from Santa Rosalia cliff. Santa Rosalia chapel is very peculiar, by the sea, made of stalactites and stalagmites, and enriched with mosaics and paintings. In the old town you can visit Piazza Lanza, characterised by an ancient and large wash-house and by the ruins of an efficient aqueduct. Not to be missed is the Castle, raised by the sea for defensive reasons. Built on the ruins of an arab fortress, during the XVI century passed into the hands of the Norman-Swabian dynasty that re-built and fortified it, until it became property of the Princes Lanza who, across the centuries, used it as a plant for the glue industry first, and for biscuits and tuna fish then. The central train station of Palermo is 30 kms away while the airport Falcone-Borsellino is 60 kms away from the apartment.
