Eclectic West Village Townhouse - 3rd Floor Suite

Enjoy the 3rd floor of a historic townhouse! Includes queen bed, private bath, office desk area, and sitting room with regular TV. Located in the heart of Detroit's West Village with multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance including, Marrow, Snack Camp, and Detroit Vegan Soul and a just a short Uber Ride to downtown. 3rd-floor space has a bar fridge, microwave, and mini keurig with coffee and tea. 420 friendly. You will be meeting Mr. Bean and Baby Sunshine, our French Bulldogs- They are sweet , but be aware if you are allergic. They never go to the 3rd floor, however! Regarding smoking- the 3rd floor is only used for guests so it will be non smoking when you arrive, unless you choose to smoke there. It will be cleaned thoroughly between bookings and I doubt that it will be so over booked that it won't air out between guests if someone has smoked up there:) There is smoking in common areas of the house, but it is curbed on guest request. Parking is on the street and almost always available within a block. It can be very warm up there in the summer so please take into consideration that air conditioning is minimal in the space. There are ceiling fans and floor fans to cool as best as they can. Sorry- No parties. Each guest must be accounted for in the original reservation.
