The flat provides everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether you're here for a short break or a long stay there is plenty to do close by, plus the seaside towns of Ramsgate and Broadstairs are 4-6 miles away. Locally and only a short walk from the flat, you will be able to enjoy Margate seafront and beach, Margate's Old Town and Harbour Arm, which both have an amazing variety of quality restaurants, coffee shops, bars, galleries and bespoke shops. Dreamland Heritage Theme Park / Concert Venue & The Turner Contemporary Gallery are also within walking distance from the flat. Entire House and Outside Space The entrance to the self-contained basement flat is down a short flight of steps. On entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious and retro styled open plan kitchen / lounge / diner. In the room you will find a large sofa, dining table with seating for 4, electric stove in fireplace and television. The one-wall kitchen area has all the cooking essentials needed for your stay, plus a dishwasher, oven and hob, coffee machine microwave, sink and a free-standing American style fridge freezer. Off the lounge, is a light large sized bedroom with king-sized bed, hair dryer, ample storage, and doors leading out to a bijou courtyard with a bistro table set. The utility area with washing machine and dryer is also located in the courtyard. The first of two bathrooms in the flat is off the main bedroom. It’s a quirky space, with a bath, separate fully tiled built-in shower, toilet, and wash hand basin. Also, off the lounge / diner area and down a small flight of stairs is another room with a small double sofa bed. There is no natural light in this room due to being below basement level, however it does also benefit from an en-suite shower room with toilet. Fresh towels, hotel quality linen, toiletries, and a kitchen essential pack are all provided. If you are looking for a somewhere conveniently located with everything on your doorstep, then this is the accommodation for you. Margate Train Station is just over a mile away. Local buses run regularly. There are plenty of taxi services in the area.
