The house is situated a flat 200m walk from The Terrace shopping precinct. Buses to and from Ocean Grove/ Barwon Heads / Geelong. Closest train station 24km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. Ocean Grove is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne. Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches are just 400m away. Ocean Grove Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months. 13th Beach offers long beach walks and waves for advanced surfers. Other Things to Note: The right hand side driveway needs to be kept clear at all times as there is a unit behind that we rent out permanently.. so the tenants in the unit behind can’t be blocked in.. the right hand side garage is also locked and not useable.
