Jasmine House is a beautiful 100 year-old Federation brick residence that has been lovingly renovated. Situated in a prime location, a 5-minute walk will take you into the heart of town where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The open plan living and dining area is complimented with a large designer kitchen where cooking up a feast has never been so easy. These areas flows seamlessly out through sliding doors onto a furnished outdoor entertaining area, complete with BBQ, fire-pit We DO NOT take Schoolies groups. Sorry for the inconvenience We do not take any groups. For conferences, team building and retreats please contact the manager Family’s and quiet groups preferred at the property. We do not take groups under 30 years of age. We have the right to decline groups due to concerns as the airbnb rules insist we respect the community We need you to understand that the property has a strict no-party policy with low noise constraints in place as the house is in a residential area with neighbors who (were born and) live and work in Byron. It’s a special place and respecting our neighbours is important to us. There is to be no extra guests and no outside noise after 9.30pm. Noise needs to be respectful at all times. Due to the number of guests able to stay at this property, if we do have a noise complaint we do have the right to evict. Police will be called. This is a luxury property and should be treated as such.
