Summary: All Frontdesk stays are contactless self-check-in and include Scout, our exclusive digital companion to guide you through everything you'll need before and during your time with us. We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything. Guests are required to follow all regional and building-specific COVID-19 policies. We continue to employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. The Space: Our two-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Philadelphia! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. There is no parking included with this stay. An air mattress is available to rent for the duration of the stay for $100, please reach out to request 24 hours before check-in. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy! Guest Access: You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The Neighborhood: This suite is in the heart of the historic neighborhood of Northern Liberties. Being only 2 miles from downtown, you will be at the center of all Philadelphia has to offer. This suite is a short 1.5 mile walk from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall if you are looking to visit historic sites on your visit. Our suite is walkable to several dining and bar options including Germantown Garden, Jerry's Bar, Radicchio Cafe, and more! If you’re looking to spend time outdoors, Penn Treaty Park is only a half mile away and offers beautiful walking and running paths along the Delaware River. Getting Around: There are many ways to get around in Philadelphia. Looking for a healthy way to explore the city? Philadelphia is rated as one of the best walking cities in the country and they have 750 miles of bike trails in the works with over 300 miles of it already completed.The city has a bike rental service, Indego, starting at $4 per ride. Philly PHLASH Downtown Loop is a bus that connects all of the city's top attractions. The closest bus stop (3rd & Market St) is only 1.4 miles from the property. The city is also home to SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) which offers buses, trains, underground subway trains, and trolleys. These options will get you almost anywhere you need to go in the city and even into some suburbs. Rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are also available and make for a convenient way to get around the city. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule! COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe. At Frontdesk, a core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star stay to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
