Welcome to Ocean Views Sunsets!!! Located in Isabela Beach Court, enjoy ocean front, beach front living. Upgraded and huge, we are family friendly with room for 8. Fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up with a morning coffee and direct ocean views from our 4th floor patio, living room and master bedroom . Surf, swim, snorkel, fish, or boogie board directly out front we have gated security and parking. Amenities include pools, gym, basketball court, tennis court, and car wash!! Please note: from June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time , internet, electrical, cell service and water outages (or low flow water or brownouts) may occur. Booking this Airbnb (and any Airbnb in PR) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities. Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided. *Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par.
