Our home is located in a quiet country atmosphere of St. Martinville, La. We are 10-15 minutes away from downtown Lafayette, Breaux Bridge,and St. Martinville. This location is great for avoiding heavy traffic areas and easy access to all the festivals, and local festivities as well as the historical landmarks. Other attraction include the Bird Sanctuary, Lake Martin, and if your lucky you can spot an Alligator. "Cozy Bayou" is the perfect stress free getaway! You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the screened porch area and enjoy the birds. Dinning Room, refrigerator located in the screened porch, living area with television, and screened porch.
