INDOOR DESCRIPTION ***************** On the ground floor, Le Manoir Petit Meysset offers a fully equipped kitchen, and two of the suites also have their own kitchenettes for breakfast. Guests can relax in the main dining and living room, complete with stunning marble floor and original beams. The living area extends through French double doors onto the exterior of the property with views over the large garden. OUR ROOMS ********* The luxury bedrooms have taken their inspiration from the classic charm of vintage French design, which gives each of our rooms their own distinct character. DE BEAUVOIR (45m², 1 King or 2 Twins, 2 guests) ---------------------------------------------- De Beauvoir is our grand ground floor room and features double aspect windows, antique French furniture, and en-suite split-level shower room. De Beauvoir’s spacious interior allows space for a living area, original fireplace and desk, and will suit discerning travellers that appreciate rich character. Through French framed double doors is private access to a terrace that overlooks the landscaped gardens, ready for an al fresco glass of local wine (or two!) On the first floor: ZOLA (25m², 1 King, 2 guests) ---------------------------- Zola is our en-suite room with intimate charm and a valley view. Privately placed at the end of the hall with access to our sun terrace, Zola is perfect for those looking for an endearing niche to rest between local excursions and explorations. The en-suite bathroom includes walk-in shower and superb terracotta travertine interiors. VOLTAIRE (50m², 1 King or 2 Twins, 2-3 guests) ---------------------------------------------- Voltaire is our largest two-room suite and includes an en-suite with extra large bath, Super King bed and fireplace, as well as its own private living / dining room with kitchenette and a sofa bed. Overlooking the landscaped grounds and courtyard, the double aspect rooms form a small apartment with self-catering facilities. HUGO (60m², 1 King or 2 Twins, 2 guests) ---------------------------------------- Hugo is our deluxe sophisticated suite featuring a cosy connected lounge, separated by double doors, that can easily be a private relaxation nook. The valley-view windows keep the suite bright, while Hugo’s built-in wardrobe provides ample space. The en-suite shower room adds a third area to the spacious ensemble, which will suit seasoned guests that prefer refinement. On the upper floor : SARTRE BEDROOM (60m², 1 King and 1 twin, or 3 Twins, 2-3 guests) --------------------------------------------------------------- Sartre is our loft conversion suite, which blends vintage and contemporary, in a private penthouse setting. Modern-minded travellers will appreciate Sartre’s generous space, which includes an en-suite shower room, kitchenette and living area. There’s an additional bed for guests who have extra company or a child, and the top floor positioning gives plenty of light as well as separation at the top of the private staircase. L'ATELIER (45m², 1 King or 2 Twins, 2 guests) --------------------------------------------- L’Atelier is our independent annex suite / gite, situated in its own building with a private terrace overlooking the grounds and the Sarlat valley. Including its own kitchenette and lounge area, as well as a modern en-suite bathroom, L’Atelier will suit guests looking for a more private self-contained room. The modern aesthetic and wide bright glass frontage floods the former workshop with light and lush green views. OUTDOOR DESCRIPTION ******************* Nestled in private gardens of over 3000m², Le Manoir Petit Meysset offers a bucolic setting at the entrance to Sarlat. Landscaped grounds keep a countryside feel, and the multiple romantic terraces, either leading off the lounge, around l'Atelier, or near the bread oven are ideal for leisurely meals. The private parking to the rear of the property can easily accommodate 5 to 6 vehicles.
