Second floor with master suite, two separate bedrooms, and third floor with finished bonus rooms and full bath. Private, not fenced backyard with a fire pit Fully updated kitchen with built in appliances and a front parlor area with a built is bar are great areas for you to relax with your family. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. We have exterior cameras to monitor this. Must be able to climb stairs Check in & Security: There is a self check in keypad at the door for your security as well as exterior cameras. House Layout: When you enter, you are on the 1st floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, parlor room, and a half bath. The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with connected master bath, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 full bedroom. There is a full guest bath on this floor. The washer & dryer are also on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has a queen bedroom with a living area and a full bath Amenities: We have put so much into our kitchen! Everything is custom built and built in cabinets. It is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and utensils! We use high quality amenities throughout the house, like Charmin, Bounty, Starbucks coffee, Tide detergent, and branded shampoo/body wash. Bedrooms have Tempurapedic or Nectar memory foam mattresses. All the towels and sheets are 100% cotton. Fast 500Mbps Internet throughout the house with WiFi extenders & Smart TVs throughout the house Additional add ons by request only with additional fee: -fridge stocked with your favorite items before arriving -pack n play, high chair, or other baby items ask us about anything else you would like, and we will try to accommodate as much as possible! Guest Access: Note: we have some of our personal belongings inside the house. You will not have access to the basement or the garage. Other Things to Note: Parking is in the driveway. No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds. No shoes inside on the carpet. any stains will incur $300 carpet cleaning fee. Strict early check in and late check out fees apply. Please coordinate ahead of time.
