You enter to the open floor plan home perfect for enjoying your time together with friends or family. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you could need for your stay- granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, drip style coffee maker, toaster and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV with Hulu Live enabled for guests viewing pleasure. Two bar style eating areas offer enough space for everyone to enjoy a meal. There are 2 bedrooms in the unit each offering a queen size bed and smart TV with Hulu Live. The washer and dryer is also available to guests. LARGE full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. Everything you need for your stay including linens and towels are provided for you inside the unit. Outside you will find a charcoal grill and fire pit to enjoy during your stay! (Supplies not provided). There are 3 total units in the building all rented to vacationing guests. All entrances and spaces are private. The best beach access which is pet friendly near our unit is Breakwater Beach located at the Geneva State Park located 5 minutes away by car. A starter pack is provided for guest- 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom), and 2 trash bags. Dish soap, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are provided. Should you need more during your stay the closest store is located at the Indian Creek Campground just around the corner. All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries. Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest golf cart rentals are available. Street legal 6 seater golf carts are ay each Sunset unit and available for our guest to rent during their stay.
