The Space: The villa is located only 5 minutes drive or 2 km away from the beach, at the border of the beautiful dunes-complex and natural reserve Hoge Blekker and literally in between the villages of Koksijde and Oostduinkerke. You can really call this a unique place to stay and to enjoy your holiday-break or vacation in all luxury, comfort and total privacy! The villa is decorated with love and care, has all comfort and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The spacious living-room and fully equipped kitchen with table for 8 are located on the ground floor with easy access to a very large garden oriented towards the south-west and offers you 100% privacy. On the first floor you have the master-bedroom with large dressing and luxurious bathroom with bathtub with water-jet and shower. The living-room is spacious with a large TV-area with a cozy sofa, extendable dining-table for up to 8 persons, romantic modern gas-heated fire-place for chilly evenings and extra chill-out corner. It’s fully decorated, so rest assured, everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present! We offer you a fantastic bedroom so you will dream like an angel, fast Wifi to look up everything you need, a large smart-TV with enough channels and modern bathrooms with a spacious shower and bathtub. The house also has a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen so you can prepare your own food or drinks, a spacious dining area with large table for 8, has a cozy living room area with full access to the garden with very large terrace to enjoy the sun the whole day! On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size double-bed and the other 2 have each 2 single beds allowing in total 8 persons to enjoy this villa. Ideal for a large family, friends or couples with or without children. The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom. The real assets of this villa is the large covered outdoor lounge-area with built-in BBQ, table for 8 persons and relax-corner where you can enjoy the evening sun or enjoy a warm evening outdoors. Additionally the villa offers a large party-area/bar with table-football game. Everything you need to start your stay comfortably. The villa is professionally cleaned, freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen is provided and professionally placed on the beds, high quality bath towels for each person are provided and all essentials for your personal hygiene and the kitchen are provided and replenished. Furthermore there is an indoor garage and in the garden you have a large lounge-area and bar to enjoy, socialize and relax after a beautiful day at the beach. The house is entered with a key. The instructions are provided 2 days in advance. We allow pets, but due to allergies of many guests - we are required to do some extra cleaning to have everything deep cleaned. Thus, we have a pet fee of 50 EUR should you wish to bring your furry friends:-) ATTENTION The switches for the outdoor heaters are located in the outdoor bar, on the wall next to the toilet. The Neighborhood: The villa is located only 5 minutes drive or 2 km away from the beach, at the border of the beautiful dunes-complex and natural reserve Hoge Blekker and literally in between the villages of Koksijde and Oostduinkerke. You can go to all the best places in no time, while catching a beautiful glimpse of the dunes and enjoying the good life in terms of food, drinks and culture. For those who want to do some walking, the national park “Hoge Blekker” at your door-step is a great option or the beach is only 5 min away from the house and is beautiful to visit and to go for a walk. Getting Around: *** ACCESSIBILITY *** You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. You cars can be parked in front of the villa and more cars can parked for free in the street. One car can be parked inside in the garage. *** PUBLIC TRANSPORT *** There is a bus stop in Koksijde or Oostduinkerke. Bus 68 connects Oostende-Nieuwpoort-Koksijde Kazerne-Veurne. Alternatively you can hop onto the coastal-tram that stops almost everywhere and takes you along the full coastline of Belgium to Knokke-Heist in the East and until De Panne in the far West. *** PARKING *** Free parking is possible in the streets around the building. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture.
