Ringrone is an historic property (now comprising seven apartments) set in its own mature grounds and positioned at the mouth of the estuary with magnificent views of the estuary and coastline to Prawle Point. Adjacent is the beautiful S.W. Coastal Path to Bolt Head, and the sub-tropical gardens at Overbecks, both owned by the National Trust. South Sands beach, popular for watersports, is within a quarter of a mile, and the town centre is approx 2 miles via the picturesque cliff and coast road. Also, a regular passenger ferry service runs from South Sands to the town centre during the summer. Situated on the ground floor, facing the water, this spacious apartment retains the original high ceilings and features of the building.
