Have your own boat secured at our private dock in the backyard and use the onsite fish cleaning station. We aim to make your stay comfortable, STRESS-FREE and memorable. Use the two kayaks provided to enjoy nature and get a work out too! It makes a perfect setting for anytime backyard fun with charcoal bbq grill to cook up your freshly caught fish from our private dock. We are also PET-friendly so you can bring your furry children. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, blenders, crock-pot, rice cooker, coffee pot, ample utensils, bake-ware to mention a few amenities. You can cook as much or as little as you desire. Complete with a 50'' smart tv in living room with DVD library, TV with Roku in bedroom 1 and 20'' flat screen in bedroom 2. 40" TV with Roku in Sunroom. Games, cards, poker table with chips will give everyone activities inside.   House Rules Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Please Note: All property bulkheads are privately owned. Please do not cross over to any neighbors’ dock without permission. It is considered trespassing and you will be in violation of property house rules. Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund. ​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.  Limit of 2 dogs. Must be 40 lbs or less. Please call management for details.
