The Ferry house is a newly renovated property right on the banks of the mighty Clarence River in the picturesque village of Chatsworth Island. Right next to a boat ramp, peaceful and quiet yet only 20 minutes to Yamba, Iluka and Maclean. Fishing, skiing, paddling, surfing, you can have it all. The house has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, a double bed futon in the sunroom/sleep out. There's a wood heater for winter and a breezy deck and AC for summer.
