1910 Orchard Guest House~ Center of Wine Country

This guest house occupies the lower level of an entire home shared with the owners who occupy the upper floor. Built in 1910 with all the luxuries, convenience, peace and quiet that you could ask for. In the country, but close to all the great wineries, Ashland, Jacksonville, Medford and the airport. Lots of beautiful wildlife can be enjoyed here. Note: An additional 5th Wheel RV could add extra space for added guests and is available for rent as well. Guest access Guests have access to the lower level of the home, which presents as a guest house. Guests have a private entry through a downstairs sun room, and into the master bedroom and living area. The door code will be emailed 3 days prior to arrival. Other things to note The owners occupy the upper level of the home. The main home and guest house are separated by a long staircase with locked door. There are no shared spaces. While there are not shared spaces the owners do ask there be no parties or events and that noise levels are respected at all times.
