It is a bright and sunny apartment with a large terrace full of flowering plants and a shady pergola, on the fifth and top floor of a building in a quiet street. The apartment has been renovated with great care in the choice of materials and furnishings. The rooms are equipped with everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant holiday. The furniture, the colors, the materials give a pleasant "soul" to the house. A large terrace offers pleasant hours and allows you to stay outdoors, under the pergola covered by straws and jasmine to read you can dine after a tiring day at the beach or drink a good glass of wine. Two bikes are available on paymento of small fee. The apartment is the welcoming refuge from which to leave in the morning to visit the many places of historical and naturalistic interest in the surrounding area, and where to return in the evening to relax. Thanks to its geographical position and thanks to its excellent railway and motorway connection, San Benedetto is the ideal starting point for day trips and for visiting the main historic cities of Piceno and central Italy. The nature of the three National Parks (Laga National Park, Sibillini National Park, Gran Sasso National Park) is one hour away. From 10 January 2022 and until the end of the state of emergency in Italy (for now established on 31 March), to stay in the apartment, it will be necessary to show the Super Green pass at the time of check-in.
