Summary: Rosie Grace Homestead is nestled amongst a working vineyard on the stunning Ruby Bay Cliffs overlooking Tasman Bay. This amazing property is perfect for large families that want space and privacy. The Space: The large sunny garden is a fantastic addition with outside entertaining areas and a swimming pool. The Homestead sleeps 18 with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and living areas. Rosie Grace Homestead is a lovely family home sleeping up to 18 guests. The room layouts work well for large groups and families giving everyone lots of space. Groundfloor: There are 3 bedrooms Room 1 has 2 singles -sleeping 2 Room 2 is a large room that has been configured as its own self-contained space with sleeping/ living area and own bathroom, kitchenette and washing machine. This room has a queen – sleeping 2 Room 3 is a small single room with a standard single bed – sleeping 1 person This area can be blocked off from the main house and it has its own external door. There are two bathrooms servicing the ground floor Upstairs: There are 3 bedrooms , 2 with amazing sea views and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a king single with trundler - sleeping 4 Bedroom 5 1 queen – sleeps 2. Bedroom 6 is a huge master bedroom with a super king bed, king single bed with trundler, a single bed and a bed settee. Sleeps up to 7 This room also has a small kitchenette. You have 20 acres of vineyard to roam around, and walking distance down the hill to Ruby Bay beach. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy our piece of paradise on the Ruby Bay cliffs. **A clean fee is added to every booking** **Credit card fees may apply** The Neighborhood: The Great Taste Cycle Trail goes past the end of the drive. It goes as far as Kaiteriteri one way or Nelson the other way via the Mapua Ferry which connects Mapua To Rabbit Island. Bikes can be hired in the village There are artist galleries, potteries and wineries galore. Mapua Wharf is a short drive or a lovely bike ride. Mapua has a good selection of restaurants and cafes, Rimu Wine Bar and The Bear Brewery The Abel Tasman National Park, Kahurangi National Park and Nelson Lakes National Park are all close by and driveable in a day. Beaches Ruby Bay, Rabbit Island and Kaiteriteri 25km Nelson Market is on a Saturday with lots of arts, crafts and food Motueka Market is on a Sunday Getting Around: There is no public transport, a car is essential Other Things to Note: Rosie Grace Vineyard Homestay is a working farm. Care must be taken entering and leaving the premises. Children must not be allowed to wonder through the vineyard at any time. Strictly no parties and groups of under 25 year olds must advise us before booking.
