Situated in front of the West Pier/i360. Our lovely 2 bed flat has just been renovated so everything is brand new. It's a typical regency building with high ceilings and spacious rooms. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac, next to the high street and in the heart of Brighton. We have a private residential car park which is a life saver in Brighton so you can come and go without any hassle. The apartment has a minimalist and uncluttered feel to it. Our favourite parts are the large floor to ceiling windows and big living room. The bathroom is spacious and features a wet room with a large rainwater shower. The kitchen is very well equipped with a Moccamaster coffee machine and many pots and pans. We have a new HD projector and a selection of films as well as a widescreen TV and Bose sound bar. We have 2 X kingsize beds with Egyptian cotton bedding and luxurious duvets, one of which is located on a mezzanine floor above the bathroom. All the sash windows open fully and there is a large balcony for you to take in the sea view and fresh air. The apartment is a our real home listed on airbnb, so it has been decorated with love and to our taste, there is a cupboard full of cooking spices and various ingredients, lovely hand wash and bath soaps, and full of a variety of plants. Everything in the flat.. A key and parking permit will be left for you in a safe box in the front porch. I will be a phone call away should you need any help or have any questions apart from that you will have complete privacy. Cavendish place is parallel to Preston street which is full of life, pubs and restaurants. We are in central Brighton on the seafront. The main line train station is 15 minutes walk away Buses along the seafront and from the high street. 15 minutes from mainline station which has direct trains to Gatwick, London Victoria and London Bridge. No parties, it's a peaceful quiet building, so just be respectful of our neighbours. Feel free to smoke on the balcony but not inside. Sorry no pets allowed. No more than 4 people to stay.
