Beauna Vista Views is in a lovely peaceful position with spectacular views & only 800 meters to Bay Beaches. With 2 lounge areas, 2 bathrooms, main kitchen & kitchenette, and large balcony with panoramic views - everything for a great holiday including Foxtel and Wifi! Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply. The Space: What a fantastic spacious house for your coastal holidays. Located in a lovely quiet area with superb panoramic views of the Bay and the hills of Arthurs Seat. Beauna Vista Views is only a short walk to the bayside beaches and a short drive to the Shopping Centre of Rye and many local attractions and destinations. This double-storey home has an expansive, relaxing balcony accessed from the large open plane lounge, dining and kitchen area that take in the fantastic views. Downstairs there is a second lounge area with a handy kitchenette, dining table and lounge with TV and direct access to a private outdoor patio with table and chairs. The front entry takes you straight into the top level that includes the open plan living space, adjacent to which is the Master bedroom with King size bed and TV, second bedroom with Trilogy bunk (double with single above) and main bathroom with shower and bath. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with Queen bed, another bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, a 2nd bathroom with shower. Both FOXTEL and WIFI are available at the house. Quality linen, towels and beach towels are supplied for your convenience. No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
