There’s a fully fitted, well equipped modern kitchen, open plan living space, Smart TV's with net flix subscription, an Alexa for your music and complimentary WiFi. The summer room to the front doubles as a dining area and the south facing private rear balcony hosts garden furniture and a 7 burner Charles Bentley gas BBQ and boasts its own hot tub with views over the open fields. There are two bedrooms, the master with a king sized bed and luxury memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobes and TV. The second offers a pair of single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Our rates include access to resort facilities and there are no extra charges for the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub, sauna and steam room. In need of relaxation or pampering? There's a spa and beauty salon offering a range of paid for treatments. There’s tennis courts, outdoor play areas, an indoor kids entertainment room and regular evening entertainments, a bar, restaurant and on site shop. The 70 acre lake offers plenty of water sports options at an additional cost. It is only a minutes drive away from the M6 and a short distance from main line railway station at Carnforth. The Lakes bus route runs past the resort with busses stopping at the entrance to Pine Lake and giving easy access to the South and Central Lakes, Windermere and beyond.
